Windy Monday
Afternoon!
had a nice weekend slacking around the house again – weather was okay – bit windy and cool in the evenings – Jayson and I did some domestic stuff on saturday clearing out some boxes then watched tv all sunday and had a roast lamb dinner *yum*
Denis sent me this clip today and it is totally awsome so thought i’d post it up!
what a great workplace! Vimeo
leg/back update
Another update!
Still been going to the physio on an almost weekly basis – had almost 3 weeks off due to problems schedualling and Debbie being away over easter.
We hit a bit of a wall about 3 weeks ago in that I was still doing the exercises and getting sleep at night (yay!) but getting back/hip pain – had an x-ray to check there was nothing wrong with my hip (which there wasn’t) and so Debbie took a different strategy and started strapping my ankle/foot – which for the first two weeks was causing me alot of pain in my hip/back but with some added exercises and strapping of the knee and ankle I think we might be back on track again.
I just went and had them both re-strapped today and am going to get stuck into the exercises quite intensly for a week and then re-assess how it is going.
Hopefully back on track!
what a bunch of nuts!
Last night we left work early and dashed into Trafalgar Square to try to break the world record for the largest Coconut Orchestra! (and we did it) Over 5000 people crammed the square and sang and clip-clopped along to ‘Always look on the bright side of life’ – was hilariously funny and we all had a great time (Jayson, me, Denis & Sami – plus we met Simon and Matt there dressed as St George and the Dragon)
I’m waiting for the official clip to go online – but at the moment there are a few clips uploaded on UTube which are quite funny and give you a good impression of how it was!
*bops* always look on the bright side of life….!
London Marathon
London Marathon 2007 ran right past our house – we were at the 16Mile mark (25kmish) out of 26Miles (42kmish) – it was so warm on Sunday – hit almost 24 degrees! Congratulations to all the peole that ran it – but I still think your crazy! ![]()

hair got the chop
*yay*
it’s all good – no tears!
Went and got my hair chopped off on Friday – been thinking about going short short for quite awhile and so I took a few pics in and took the plunge on friday afternoon – and have to say I am pretty happy with it!
Had it cut quite short and also got a range of highlights put in all over to give it a bit of life and colour.
Very glad I did it!
